Training sessions

Monday 6.00 – 7.30 pm

Thursday 6.00 – 7.30 pm

Age group

9 – 11 years (8 years in special circumstances)

Summer training takes place on the all weather track or the fields in the park.  This training includes running, jumping, relays, throwing and team games.

In the winter one session each week is indoors and incorporates circuits and games.

Competition includes cross country and Sportshall.

Parents are asked to make sure that their children are safely delivered to the coach or her assistants.  Please also collect the children promptly at the end of each session.  This is of course for the safety of the children.
