Mainly U15 – seniors, however this is dependent on the athlete and their current level of ability.
Training nights – Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 18:30 – 20:00 hrs and Saturday 10:00 – 12:00 hrs
Athletes in this group are currently actively involved in the following competitions:
- Southern Athletics League
- Wessex Young Athletes League
- National Junior League
- County, Regional and National Championships
Very keen strength and conditioning enthusiast – you are only as strong as your weakest link!! No house is built without a decent foundation.
